Welcome to a yoga and nature retreat at Lapland Guesthouse in Kangos.
The retreat starts at Thursday 7th of September 15.00 and ends Sunday 10th of September after lunch.

The arriving day will be a relaxed evening with dinner and sauna, and for those who wants there is also the possibilities for cold bath in the river that flows outside the sauna.
On Saturday and Sunday you will be guided trough yoga before lunch and we will be outdoors in nature during the day going on hikes and eating lunch outdoors. Yoga in nature modified so it suits the weather will also be a part of one of the days.
There will be time for some own-time where you can choose to book a massage, use the gym at the accommodation or just be.
On the last evening we will be taking the dinner with us to a special location to go look for the auroras and eat the dinner there at the location that are marked as a world heritage because of its history.
Last day we finish of with some yin yoga and reflektion time in nature before an ending lunch.
This retreat is well suited for beginners of yoga but you could also have been practice for some time to participate. You should hade the ability to walk freely in nature to participate because it is some hiking involved in different terrains.

- Acommodation 3 nights with food, fika and sauna at Lapland Guesthouse in Kangos.
- 2 indoor yoga flow classes, 1 indoor yin yoga class,
- hiking, aurora hunting and a yoga session in nature.

Who is the yoga guide?
Your yoga guide for the weekend is Lotta Nyberg. She have the yogastudio ‘A Lotta Love’ in Pajala and has been running it since 2015. With several hundred hours of teacher trainings behind her with both flow based yoga and yin yoga, she guides with intuition and creativity. She has completed teacher trainings with Authentic flow, Embodied flow, Embodied yin and Global yoga to name a few.

50% of the payment should be paid 1 month before the retreat. the other 50% 2 weeks before start.
No refund if cancelation is done later than 14 days before the retreat.
