At the husky farm, the dogs are waiting, barking loudly and ready for adventure. When the sled is released, the dogs fall silent in an instant, concentrating on their task, and you’re soon on the trail through the frozen marshes.
Behind our magnificent huskies, you cross a breathtaking winter landscape. Not a sound can be heard – except your own breathing and the sled skidding on the snow. Travelling in silence with a dog sled cannot be described in words – it has to be experienced. It’s a feeling of peace, of being in nature and following the rhythm of the dogs on the snow.
Our dogsled safaris are led by experienced husky guides who work on a small scale, taking great care of their dogs and our pristine nature.
