Are you constantly juggling the demands of life and feel like something is missing? Are you ready to stop, breathe and find a deeper peace? Our retreat is created just for you – to give you a break from everyday stress and pressure, and an opportunity to rediscover yourself in a natural and peaceful environment.
A Place for Inner Peace
Our retreat is held at a picturesque lodge located far north, surrounded by nature and wilderness. Here, where the silence and the beauty of nature meet, you will find the perfect place to let go of everyday worries. Our goal is for you to feel an immediate calm and a deeper connection with yourself and the nature around you.
Our Background and Vision
We who lead the retreat have a broad and diverse background that reflects our dedication to inner sustainability.
- Lotta Nyberg, Yoga teacher and Photographer: Lotta has been self-employed her entire working life. In connection with exhaustion, she found yoga and this became an important tool towards a more sustainable life. Lotta’s yoga is characterized by a warm and inclusive atmosphere where each individual is encouraged self-exploration.
- Josefin Karlberg, Licensed Mental Trainer and Health Counselor: With a solid background as a retail store manager, business advisor and experiences of exhaustion, Josefin has evolved to calmly and confidently guide people towards better health and inner balance. Her holistic view of well-being permeates everything she does.
Together we work with a focus on inner sustainability, and our joint journey has led us to the realization of the importance of finding peace and balance in a hectic existence. We share our insights and tools to help you find the same harmony.
Focus on Movement and Reflection
During the retreat, we will place great emphasis on quiet movement and staying in nature. We offer daily yoga sessions that allow you to explore strength, mobility and balance, but also to soften both body and mind. Our shorter hikes in the surrounding nature give you the opportunity to discover the peace and quiet of the forest. There is also time for reflection and meditation. We enjoy our meals both indoors and outdoors, in harmony with nature.
Program
Yoga: Every morning and early afternoon we gather for yoga. These passes are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of previous experience. Both slow flows and quiet and restful yin yoga are offered during the weekend.
Hiking: We explore the scenic surroundings through shorter hikes. In addition to the presence of nature that invites reflection and stillness, we take breaks in the hike for nature-adapted yoga and active reflections.
Reflection and Breath: Between the activities, we offer guided breathing exercises and time for self-reflection. Stopping and listening inwardly is a central part of our retreat.
Why Participate?
This retreat is an opportunity for you to retreat from the demands of everyday life and invest in your own well-being. By being in a supportive community and surrounded by nature, you can find new perspectives and tools to deal with stress and pressure. We aim for you to leave us with a sense of renewed energy, balance and a deeper connection with yourself.
